摘　　要：实验室效能管理是指在科学合理地建设实验室的基础上,采取有效的办法实现实验室及实验室相关资源的合理利用与有效运转。在实验室的效能管理过程中实行环节控制十分重要,实验室管理理念的更新、管理体制的改革与构建、实验室的开放管理模式探索、实验技术队伍的系统性建设、效能目标与实践效果的定期评价分析等,是实验室效能管理中的五个重要环节。Laboratory performance management refers to the rational and effective use of lab instruments and technological staffs based on the scientific construction of laboratories. Process control plays an important role in laboratory performance management. The renewal of management ideas, the reform and construction of management systems, the exploration of open management mode, the construction of a laboratory technician team, and the evaluation of the performance goal and practice effects are the five principal parts in laboratory performance management.
