肺癌患者手术及化疗前后血脂水平的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌患者血总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)及化疗前后或手术前后水平的变化及其意义。方法测定600例肺癌组患者血脂水平与对照组比较;并对不同类型肺癌间血脂水平进行比较。同时观察患者化疗、手术前后血脂水平变化。结果肺癌患者TC、LDL-C、HDL-C均较对照组明显减低,而两组间血TG水平无明显差异。化疗及手术后肺癌组患者,血TC、LDL-C、HDL-C及TG水平均较化疗前明显升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肺癌患者存在低血胆固醇倾向,化疗或手术治疗可以提高血清TC及LDL-C水平。Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum total cholesterol （TC）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL- C）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL- C ） and triglyceride （TG） before and after chemotherapy or operation treatment in patients with lung cancer. Methods 600 cases of lung cancer patients were collected from departments of respiratory medicine and thoracic surgery. The blood lipid levels in patients with lung cancer before and after chemotherapy or operation treatment were analyzed and corn~ pared with that of the healthy controls. Results The serum levels of TC, LDL- C and HDL- C in patients with lung cancer were significantly decreased compared with control group, but there was no significant difference on serum TG levels. The levels of TC and LDL-C were significantly increased in patients with lung cancer after operation or chemotherapy, while there was no significantly changes on levels of the plasma TG and HDL-C. Conclusion The patients with lung cancer have a tendency of lower level of blood cholesterol, and the serum levels of TC and LDL-C may be improved after chemotherapy or operation treatment.
