摘　　要：高校作为国家科技创新人才培养的重要阵地,科学地建设大学生科技创新团队,对实施"科教兴国"战略,全面推进素质教育至关重要。文章从学生科技创新团队建设、指导教师队伍建设、科技创新基地建设等三方面对高校开展大学生科技创新活动进行了分析和论述。Universities play an important role in training students with the ability of scientific and technological innovation. The scientific construction of undergraduates＇ scientific and technological innovation team is of great importance for the implementation of the strategy of ＂Revitalizing the Nation Through Science and Education,＂ and is vital to comprehensively promote quality education. This article analyzes and discusses undergraduates＇ scientific and technological innovation activities from three aspects. These are students＇ scientific and technological innovation team construction, teachers＇ team construction, scientific and technological innovation base construction.
