摘　　要：实验室安全管理是高校教学与科研工作的重要保证,而高校化学实验室所承载的探索性科研活动具有高危性和意外事故不可预见性,给实验室安全带来了隐患。对化学实验室实行科学系统的安全布控与管理将对高校的教育事业以及人才培养起到至关重要的作用。该文围绕化学实验室安全管理问题,就如何完善相关制度、加强安全防范措施和建设安全防范体系进行了探讨。The safety management of laboratories is important guarantee for teaching and scientific research at universities. More and more scientific research work that has been expanding constantly is carried out in the chemical laboratories in colleges and universities. Some exploratory research activities with high risk and unpredictability have brought out more safety hazards to the laboratories. In the universities, the safety management is carried out scientifically and systematically that plays a key role in education and training for qualified personnel. This paper will state how to strengthen safe measures, and how to build and perfect the related institutions around the safety management of the laboratories.
