新生心理健康教育中团体心理辅导的应用

摘　　要：通过对429名新生进行团体心理辅导的实践分析,结果显示团体心理辅导有助于新生培养人际交往能力,增强团队意识,了解大学生活,也有利于建立良好的师生关系,是新生心理健康教育的一种有效方式。Based on the results of the group counseling for the freshmen, the writer finds out that group counseling is helpful for freshmen to develop interpersonal skills, enhance team spirit, get to know college life, and establish a good teacher-student relationship, which is an effective way of mental health education for the freshmen.
