蜈蚣提取物联合顺铂对人肺癌A549细胞裸鼠移植瘤的影响

摘　　要：目的观察蜈蚣提取物(Extract of centipede,ECP)与顺铂(cisplatin,DDP)联合运用对人肺癌A549细胞裸鼠皮下移植瘤的影响。方法建立人肺癌A549细胞裸鼠皮下异位移植瘤模型,造模成功后行DDP、ECP干预,观察单用DDP及DDP联用EEP对人肺癌A549细胞裸鼠皮下异位移植瘤的影响。结果 DDP联用ECP较单用DDP能更有效地抑制裸鼠皮下移植瘤,表现为重量与体积的减小(P<0.05)。结论 ECP与DDP联用对人肺癌A549细胞裸鼠异位移植瘤的抑制及延缓生长的作用优于单用DDP。Objective To study the anti - tumor effect of ECP combined with DDP on the human lung cancer cell line A549 in nude mice ectopic implanted tumor model. Methods Human lung cancer cell line A549 was im- planted in nude mice. Effect of single DDP and DDP combined with EEP on A549 cells in nude mice ectopic im- planted tumor of human lung cancer was observed. Results Centipede extract human lung cancer A549 cells in nude miceeetopic tumor tumor weight and volume in the experimental group the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- dusion ECP combined with DDP treatment on the human lung cancer cell line A549 in nude mice ectopic im- planted tumor model is better than using the sinz.le DDP.
