摘  要:在终身体育理念下对高校体育开展反思性教学有利于学生身心发展和教师专业发展。分析了高校体育反思教学的发展、涵义和意义。认为通过反思性教学,使大学生真正意识到体育锻炼的重要性,建立终身体育意识,养成体育锻炼的习惯,走向社会后能带动他人参与体育锻炼,传播终身体育理念。Conducting reflective teaching under the concept of lifelong physical education for the physical edu- cation in colleges and universities is conducive to the students' physical and mental development and teach- ers' professional development. The paper analyzes the development, meaning and significance of reflective P. E in higher education and maintains that P.E. enables students to be really aware of the importance of physi- cal activity and improves their ability to exercise self-fitness through reflective teaching so that they can estab- lish a lifelong consciousness, develop a habit of doing physical exercise, bring others to participate in physical exercise and spread the concept of lifelong physical education.
