摘 要:职业教育教学改革,要因材施教,先点后面,不折腾;不能"空中漫步",要"落地"、"生根";应以德为先,树立科学的可持续发展的人才培养观;着力基于企业典型任务进行高职课程和教学装备开发;以学生为主体,实施"兴趣"和"任务"双轮驱动。不能打着"工学结合"的幌子,行"劳务中介"之实。The teaching reform of vocational education should be undertaken from the following five aspects.First,teach students according to their aptitude,establish pragmatic evaluation for teaching reform,practically carry out measures that are advantageous to the development of the students and operate on the national legal basis.Second,give priority to moral education,focus on cultivating students' self-learning ability,perception and creativity,and set up scientific and sustainable talent training concept.Third,be aware of "labor agencies".Fourth,lay emphasis on the development of higher vocational education curriculum and teaching facilities based on the typical tasks of enterprises.Last,strengthen the construction of teaching materials which should be student-based,interest-driven and task-driven.
