摘 要:植物的抗旱性是一种综合性状,为客观评价供试不同种源香椿苗木的抗旱性,进行干旱胁迫处理后,选取净光合速率Pn等光合指标以及其他生理生长指标与生物量增量进行相关性分析,筛选出12个相关性强的生理生长指标.然后应用"坐标综合评定方法"对不同种源香椿在干旱胁迫下的抗旱反应作综合评定.结果表明,干旱胁迫下6个种源香椿的抗旱性等级由大到小依次为陕西安康、河南西峡、江苏南京、四川广元、湖北随州、湖南洞口.Drought resistance of plants is a kind of composite characteristics. In order to evaluate the drought resistance of seedlings of Toona sinensis with different provenances objectively, the correlations between some physiolo- gical indicators such as net photosynthetic rate (Pn) to biomass increment were conducted after drought stress. Twelve physiological indicators whose correlations were significant were choosed to evaluate the drought resistance by method of “coordinate composite evaluation of multiple dimension space”. The results showed that the order of drought resistance from strong to weak was Ankang of Shaanxi, Xixia of Henan, Nanjing of Jiangsu, Guangyuan of Sichuan, Suizhou of Hubei, Dongkou of Hunan.
