摘　　要：办公室是高职院校管理系统中的重要部门,高职教育内涵建设将对办公室职能转变与管理方式产生深刻影响,办公室应充分利用高职教育与企业之间的密切合作关系,借鉴企业精细化管理的先进理念和做法,实施精细化管理,创新管理方式,提升高职教育管理水平。Office is an important department in the higher vocational college management system.Higher vocational education connotation construction will have a profound effect on office’s function transformation management style.The office should make full use of the close cooperation relationship between higher vocational education and enterprise,draw lessons from the developed idea practice of enterprise fine management to implement its own fine management,innovate management style and improve management level.
