摘 要:白内障是导致失明的主要因素,也是糖尿病的主要并发症之一。目前糖尿病性白内障的发病机制尚不十分明确,而多元醇通路的激活可导致渗透应激和氧化应激等一系列反应,被认为在糖尿病性白内障病理过程中发挥重要作用。简述多元醇通路在糖尿病性白内障发生发展中所起的作用,介绍近年来以多元醇通路中醛糖还原酶作为靶点的糖尿病性白内障治疗药物的研究进展。Cataract, opacification of the lens, is the leading cause of blindness and is closely related to diabetes as one of its major complications. At present the exact pathogenesis of diabetic cataract is not fully understood. However, it has been found that the activated polyol pathway induces osmotic and oxidative stress and plays an important role in the pathological process of diabetic cataract. The role of polyol pathway that may be involved in the development of diabetic cataract was summarized and the recent reseaches on aldose reductase in polyol pathway-targeted therapies were introduced.
