摘　　要：目的探讨多发性硬化(MS)患者外周血γδT细胞与CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞比例的变化。方法采集37例MS患者(MS组)及25例健康对照者(NC组)的外周静脉血,分离外周血单个核淋巴细胞,以流式细胞术检测γδT细胞及CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞的比例。结果 MS组外周血γδT细胞比例较NC组显著升高,且活动性患者较非活动性患者进一步升高;MS组外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞比例较NC组显著降低,而活动性患者较非活动性患者进一步降低。MS组外周血γδT细胞与CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞比例呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论 MS患者外周血γδT细胞比例的升高可下调CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞比例,从而促进疾病的发生。Objective To investigate the changes of the percentages of γδT cells and CD4^＋, CD25^＋, Foxp3 ^＋,Treg cells in the peripheral blood of patients with multiple sclerosis （MS）. Methods Peripheral blood mononuelear lymphocytes of 37 cases MS patients （ MS group ） and 25 cases healthy controls （ NC group） were separated with Fieoll Hypaque density gradient eentrifugation. The proportion of γδT ceils and CD4^＋ , CD25^＋ , Foxp3 ^＋, Treg cells were detected with flow cytometry. Results The percentage of γδT cells in the peripheral blood of MS patients was significantly elevated compared with the healthy controls, and that of active patients were higher than inactive patients. The percentage of CD4^＋ , CD25^＋ , Foxp3 ^＋, Treg cells decreased in the peripheral blood of MS patients compared with healthy controls, with it being lower in active patients than inactive patients. There was significant negative correlation between the percent of γδT ceils and the percent of CD4^＋ , CD25^＋ , Foxp3 ^＋ , Treg cells in MS patients （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The up-regulation of peripheral blood γδT cells in MS patients might cause the down-regulation of peripheral CD4^＋, CD25^＋ , Foxp3 ^＋,Treg＇cells,thus contributies to the occurrence of the disease.
