美宝创疡贴治疗乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨美宝创面速愈贴治疗乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死的疗效。方法对2008.6-2011.6我科手术治疗的43例乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死的患者应用美宝创面速愈贴治疗,并总结其临床效果。结果 42例坏死创面均治愈,创面平整,未行再次缝合及植皮手术。1例经处理后创面仍较大,基底血运好,局麻下行点状植皮治疗。住院最长时间54天,最短时间25天,平均(36±3.7)天,Ⅱ期以上患者均接受了术后辅助化疗。结论美宝创面速愈贴是促进皮瓣坏死修复和愈合的理想材料,可缩短乳腺癌患者的平均住院时间,减少瘢痕的形成,是一种安全可靠、使用方便的外用药物。Objective To investigate the curative effect of MEBO wound and ulcer dressing in the treatment of skin flap necrosis after breast cancer operation. Methods Forty-three patients with skin flap necrosis after breast cancer operation in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2011 were treated with MEBO wound and ulcer dressing. The curative effect was observed and analyzed. Results The wound healed completely in 42 patients with skin flap necrosis after breast cancer operation without skin-grafting; one case had larger area of wound, and received skin-grafting. The longest hospitalized time was 54 days, the shortest time was 25 days, with an average of （36 ± 3.7） days; patients over stege II received adjuvant chemotherapy. Conclusions MEBO wound and ulcer dressing is an ideal material to promote the repair and healed of skin flap necrosis, which can shorten the patients＇ average hospitalization time, reduce the scar formation, and is a safe, reliable, easy-to-use extra medicine.
