摘 要:创新人才就是具有创新意识、创新思维和创新技能的个人或团体,能通过获取、改组和运用知识对新思想、新产品、新方法、新技术、新作品进行发明与研究。高职教育的任务是培养具有创新能力的高素质、高技能人才。这就必须创新教育机制,着眼开阔人的视野、提高人的情商、活跃人的思想、发展人的个性、开发人的潜能。目前,我国对本科和研究生的创新教育机制研究较多,而对高职高专学生的研究很少。因此,撰文对高职高专搭建学科竞赛立交桥加速培养创新性人才机制进行研究与实践。Creative talents refer to the talents or groups with creative awareness, creative thinking and cre- ative technique, who can acquire, transform and apply the knowledge to invent and study the new thoughts, new products, new methods, new techniques and new works. The main task of higher vocational education is to cultivate high quality and skillful talents with creative abilities. In order to realize this target, educational mechanism must be innovated to focusing on broadening people' s vision, improving people' s EQ, activating people' s thinking, developing people' s personalities and exploring people' s potential. At present, a lot of research has been done in the field of university and postgraduate creative educational mechanism while less had been done in higher vocational college. Therefore, the construction of vocational subject contest overpass to promote the establishment of creative talents cultivation mechanism was studied and explored.
