双切割吻合技术在低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨弧形切割吻合器双切割吻合在低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用。方法:回顾性分析78例低位直肠癌患者应用弧形切割吻合器行双切割吻合技术保肛治疗的疗效及预后。结果:75例行双切割吻合技术保肛成功,保肛率达96.15%,术后吻合口瘘2例(2.56%),吻合口狭窄12例(15.38%)。结论:弧形切割吻合器双切割吻合技术在低位直肠癌保肛术中应用,具有操作简单、方便、有效、安全等优点,且术后并发症少,可明显提高低位直肠癌患者的保肛率,改善生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective：To discuss the application of curved cutter stapler（contour） and double stapling technique（DST） in anus-preserving anterior resection of low-set rectal cancer.Methods：The clinical data of 78 cases of low-set rectal cancer operation,in which underwent anus-preserving low anterior resection with the application of curved cutter stapler（contour） and double stapling technique（DST）,were analyzed retrospectively.Results：75 cases completed low anterior resection successfully and preserved the anus with DST,the rate of anus-preserving were 96.15%.There were 2 cases（2.56%） of anastomotic leakage in post-operation,and 12 cases（15.38%） of anastomotic stenosis.Conclusions：Curved cutter stapler and double stapling technique in anus-preserving low rectal cancer have advantages of simple operation,convenience,security;which can improve the rate of anus-preserving in the low rectal cancer patients,reduce their postoperative complications and improve their living quality.So it is worth promoting.
