多西紫杉醇联合氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察多西紫杉醇联合氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法将130例老年晚期胃癌患者按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组，观察组采用多西紫杉醇联合氟尿嘧啶治疗，对照组采用氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果观察组临床有效率明显高于对照组；观察组白细胞减少、血小板减少及胃肠道反应的发生率明显低于对照组；两组经过治疗后生活质量评分均明显提高，但是观察组明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论多西紫杉醇联合联合氟尿嘧啶方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效较好，值得l临床进一步研究应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of docetaxel combined with 5-fluorouracil in treating patients with advanced gastrice cancer. Methods 130 patients with advanced gastric cancer were random- ly divided into observation group and control group, observation group treated with doeetaxel combined with 5-fluorou- racil, the control group treated with 5-fluorouracil and eisplatin, the clinical efficacy after the treatment was observed. Results The clinical efficiency rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the rate of leukopenia,thrombocytopenia and gastrointestinal reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the quality of life scores of the two groups after treatment were all improved, but that of the ob- servation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Doeetaxel combined with 5-fluorouracil was effective in treating advanced gastric cancer. It worth further clinical research and application.
