摘 要:目的探讨大学生心理健康状况,为高校开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法用症状自评量表(SCL-90)作为测量工具,从5所不同类型的高校抽取1645名大学生进行心理健康状况调查分析。结果大学生SCL-90总分均值为(145.39±45.94),总均分为(1.62±0.51),大学生的SCL-90各因子分除强迫、人际关系敏感因子均分低于全国青年常模外,其余各因子均分均高于全国青年常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);农村大学生SCL-90各因子分高于城市大学生,两组强迫症状、人际关系敏感和抑郁因子的得分之间的差异有统计学意义;各因子的得分情况均为三年级最高,四年级次之,且躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、恐怖、偏执及精神病性因子间的差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论大学生心理健康状况总体上不容乐观。要加强大学生的心理健康教育工作,提高大学生的心理素质。Objective To learn the psychological health status of the college student, it provides the base for carrying out psychological health education. Methods The Symptom Check list 90 (SCL -90) was use to investigate the 1645 college student who were collected from 5 different colleges. Results The sum - average of the 90 surveyed items was 145.39 ~45.94, the total average score was 1.62 ~ 0.51. The factors of the general level were high than that of the national norm except the Obsessive - Compulsive and the interpersonal sensitivity factors, there was significant difference between them; the factors score of the college students was higher than the city colleges students, there was significant difference in the Obsessive - Compulsive, the interpersonal sensitivity factors and the depression factors ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the highest factor score was found in the third grade, and there was significant difference in the Somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, photic anxiety, paranoid ideation, psychoticism factors ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The mental health status of the college students are not optimistic, we should strengthen mental health education of university students to improve their psychological quality..
