摘  要:为研究胡杨种子对干旱荒漠环境的适应机制,对胡杨种子表面进行了扫描电镜观察。结果表明,胡杨种子微小(937.84μm×491.29μm),内含物少,寿命短,但其成熟期与分布区短暂的洪水期相一致,反映了其进化的经济性;种子基部簇生长冠毛,冠毛纤长而中空(长5 034 mm,外径12.93μm),可能有利于种子散播、吸水和隔热;种皮表面有网眼和表皮毛,网眼发达,可能有助于吸水萌发、减少蒸腾;表皮毛呈开放式船锚样,起到锚定和吸水的作用。胡杨种子的这些形态特征是对干旱荒漠环境的良好适应。To study morphological mechanism of its seed adapting to and and desert environment, an ot)servation on seed surface of Populus euphratica with scanning electron microscopy was conducted. The results showed that the seeds were tiny (937.84 μm×491.29 μm) and spindle-shaped. There were a large number of eoronule at the seed base and they were long,thin and hollow (5 034 mm long and 12.93μm in diameter). The surface of seed had meshes and epidermal hairs, and the meshes were developed, the epidermal hair was open and anchor-shaped. These features of seed surface of Populus euphratica may be important for its seed propagation in both drought and desert environment.
