摘　　要：在辩证的视野下,用发展变化的观点认识健康与亚健康的概念,了解健康——亚健康——疾病之间的转换关系,从而为现代人类社会的健康提供可支配的运动处方,对预防亚健康,提高机体健康水平,增强体适能提供理论参考。From the perspective of the dialectical, with development the point of view, the concept and conversion of health and sub-health, were understood so as to provide disposable exercise prescription for the health of the modern human society, preventing the sub-health and improving the body health level, enhancing physical fitness.
