中西医结合腹部术后胃肠动力紊乱的疗效及安全性评估

摘　　要：目的:研究分析中西医结合治疗腹部手术后胃肠动力紊乱的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2010年1月-2012年1月间入院治疗的接受腹部手术后胃肠动力紊乱的患者76例,根据其治疗方法分为实验组(38例)和对照组(38例),其中对照组应用西医药物治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用祖国医学疗法。观察两组治疗的效果并评估两组的安全性。结果:肠鸣音排气时间中实验组在18h内恢复的有76.3%,对照组有39.5%;在肛门排气时间对比中实验组18h内排气的有50.0%,对照组有28.8%。上述数据均具有统计学意义。对照组患者有2例出现噩梦,1例出现戒断反应,2例手足麻木,1例男性患者服用吗丁啉后出现乳房发育、泌乳现象。实验组患者无上述不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗胃肠动力紊乱较之单纯西药治疗,安全有效,患者更易接受。Objective： To study analyzed the efficacy of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment after abdominal surgery gastrointestinal motility disorders and security. Methods： 76 cases with gastrointestinal motility after abdominal surgery from January 2010 to January 2012 in our hospital were chosen. According to their treatment, they were divided into the experimental group （38 cases） and control group （38 cases）. The control group was taken with western drug treatment, and the experimental group was taken with Chinese medicine therapy on the basis of the control group. The effect of treatment and the safety of the two groups were evaluated. Results.. In the bowel sounds exhaust time, the recovery case in the experimental group within 18h was 76. 3%, and 39. 5% in the control group. In the anal exhaust time of 18 hours in the experimental group was 50. 0%,and 28. 8% in the control group. The above data was statistically significant. There were 2 cases of a nightmare, 1 case of withdrawal reactions, 2 cases of hand, foot numbness, 1 male patient taking domperidone breast development, and lactation phenomenon in the control group. The experimental group was without these adverse reactions. Conehtsion： The TCM combined treatment of gastrointestinal motility disorders compared with western medicine alone is safe and effective, and patients are easy to accept.
