摘 要:介绍了我国现有汽车盘式制动片的3种成型方式和压制成型设备,并针对这3种成型方式压制成型的产品进行了测试分析。结果表明,采用单缸单腔等比压压制方式成型的汽车盘式制动片,其密度和压缩率均优于另2种压制方式成型的产品。介绍了一种基于等比压原理研制的新型盘式制动片的结构特点。Three forming methods and press forming equipment of automotive disc pad in China are introduced in this paper, and test and analysis are made to the product made by those three forming methods. The results show that the density and compression ratio of the automotive disc pads formed with single-cylinder single chamber geometric pressure are superior to those made with other two forming methods, structural characteristics of a new type of disc pad developed based on specific pressure principle is introduced in the paper.
