摘　　要：为总结腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的护理经验，对29例直肠癌根治术患者进行手术前后的护理。结果显示，29例直肠癌患者手术均成功，经治疗和护理后患者顺利康复。结果表明，对腹腔镜下直肠癌患者进行有效的术前术后护理，可预防并发症的发生，促进患者早日康复。In order to summarize the nursing experience on laparoscopic radical ressection for rectal cancer on laparoscopic radical resection for rectal cancer,nursing intervention was given preoperatively and post-operatively to 29 cases with rectal cancer receiving laparoscopic radical resection. The results showed that 29 cases achieved surgical success and smoothly recovered after treatment and nursing. It is concluded that effective nursing intervention is given preoperatively and postoperatively to patients with rectal cancer re-ceiving laparoscopic radical resection can prevent complications and promote rapid recovery of patients.
