学校体育伤害事故致因结构质性研究——以北京市海淀区S学校为例

摘　　要：预防学校体育伤害事故的发生,对于保障学生的人身安全、促进学生的健康成长,以及保障体育教育工作的安全开展尤为重要。而制定科学、有效的预防措施的关键,是清楚地认识学校体育伤害事故的致因。本研究运用质性研究中常用的个案研究法、访谈法、观察法对学校体育伤害事故的致因进行了深入地研究,并借鉴事故致因理论将学校体育伤害事故的致因分为人的因素、物的因素、管理因素和社会因素四个方面,并就这四类因素进行了深入地分析。研究结果表明该四类因素与学校体育伤害事故的发生具有紧密的联系,而且尤其以人的因素最为突出,故而进一步提出了定量研究的方向。Preventing injury in school P.E.is important in safeguarding the safety of students,ensuring the healthy growth of students and the safe implementation of physical education.The key of formulating scientific and effective preventive measures is to recognize the causes of school P.E.injury.In this study,the researchers take the P.E.injury as the objective,uses many common qualitative research methods,such as case study,interview and observation to find out the cause factors of school P.E.injury.From the results we found that there are four factors related to the P.E.injury,namely,the factor of people,objective,management and society.The research result indicates that the four factors have close relation with the school P.E.Injury occurrence.And the factor of people is the most prominent one.And then it proposes the orientation of quantitative research.
