高校大型综合性体育场馆若干管理问题的实证分析——以北京大学体育馆为例

摘　　要：以北京大学体育馆(2008年奥运会乒乓球比赛馆)为例,结合北京高校大型综合体育馆经营情况,从体育馆管理模式的选择、运营模式的分析以及在运营过程中的成本控制、环保分析、管理过程中面临的法律和政策问题等方面进行了实证研究分析,分享了北京大学体育馆管理过程中的经验和措施,如运营模式分析、安全防范问题、人员劳动关系、财务风险管理等。同时对高校大型综合性体育场馆管理的发展提出了一些建议。Peking University Gymnasium（Table Tennis Competition Hall of Olympic Games in 2008 year） is one of the large-scale comprehensive sports venues in the higher education institutes in Beijing.This paper mainly analyzes the choice of the management mode,operation mode,cost control,energy save,legal and policy issues in the management process for Peking University Gymnasium,in combination with other sports venues in the higher education institutes in Beijing.The paper shares the experience of management process and measures in Peking University Gymnasium,such as the operating mode,security problems,personnel labor relations and financial risk management etc.At the same time,the paper proposes some suggestions for the management of large-scale comprehensive sports venues in higher education institutes.
