甲钴胺片治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察甲钴胺片治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效及不良反应。方法门诊收集原发性三叉神经痛患者98例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用甲钴胺片治疗,对照组使用卡马西平治疗,均观察4周,评估患者疗效及不良反应,并行统计学分析。结果治疗组总有效率72%,对照组83.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率4%,对照组41.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲钴胺片治疗原发性三叉神经痛与卡马西平具有相当的疗效,不良反应轻微。Objective To observe the curative effect and untoward reaction of treating primary trigeminal neuralgia with mecobalamine. Methods 98 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia from clinic service were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group were treated with mecobalamine tablets,the control group were treated with carbamazepine tablets,the curative effect and untoward reaction were evaluated after 4 weeks,and made statistical analysis. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 72% and 83.33% （P0.05）, the untoward reaction rate were 4% and 41.67% （P0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of mecobalamine tablets and carbamazepine tablets were comparative,the untoward reaction of mecobalamine tablets were light.
