Metapex糊剂用于年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察Metapex糊剂用于根尖诱导成形术的疗效。方法选择68颗牙根未发育完成的年轻恒牙,随机分成两组。实验组34颗用Metapex糊剂,对照组34颗用氢氧化钙糊剂。跟踪随访3年,观察疗效。结果 Metapex组有效率为94.11%,氢氧化钙组有效率为82.35%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 Metapex糊剂用于年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术疗效确切,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Metapex paste in apexification. Methods Divide 68 immature young permanent teeth into two groups randomly. Treat the experimental group with Metapex paste and treat the control group with slaked lime. Then follow up in 3 years and compare the curative effect. Results The effective rate in the experimental group is 94. 11% and it in the control group is 82. 35 %. There is a significant difference between them （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of Metapex paste in apexification is notable and deserves clinical popularization.
