108例儿童频繁瞬目病因分析

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童频繁瞬目的可能原因。方法对108例患儿详细询问病史及不良生活习惯等,检查视力、眼睑、结膜、角膜、眼底、屈光状态等。结果结膜、角膜炎症占54例,38例电视电脑观看时间过长,屈光不正16例。结论儿童频繁瞬目是一个病因较为复杂的眼科常见病,受眼部疾病、环境、生理等多方面因素影响。Objective Discusses possible reason which the child ocular region illness and blinks fre- quently. Methods To 108 example babies inquired in detail the medical history and the bad habits and so on, the inspection vision, the conjunctiva, the cornea, the eyeground, the refraction condition. Results Kerato- conyunctivitis 54 examples, the ametropia 16 examples. Conclusion The child blinks is cause of disease more complex ophthalmology department common disease frequently, the ocular region illness, the physiology, the environment and so on various factor influence.
