摘  要:目的探讨研究全胸腔镜肺叶切除术在治疗早期肺癌中的应用价值。方法收集曲靖市第一人民医院2010年10月至2012年1月胸外科以肺癌收住院患者132例作为研究对象,其中63例患者选择采用开胸肺叶切除术治疗肺癌,设为对照组;其余69例患者选择采用全胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺癌,设为VATS组。两组患者术前肿瘤临床分期均为Ⅰ期或ⅡA期。分析并比较两组淋巴结清扫个数、手术时间、术中出血量、术后置管引流时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症发生率。结果两组患者淋巴结清扫组数、手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而VATS组的术中出血量、术后置管引流时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症发生率均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全胸腔镜肺叶切除术在治疗早期肺癌中具有微创、瘢痕小和恢复快等优点,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the application value of thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of patients with early stage lung cancer.Methods Collectted 132 cases admitted to the first people's hospital of Qujing from Oct.2010 to Dec.2012 for lung cancer as research subjects,including 63 thoracotomy lobectomy patients as the control group,and the 69 thoracoscopic lobectomy patients as the VATS group.Two groups of patients with preoperative clinical stage were stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ A.Analyzed and compared the number of lymph node dissection,operative time,blood loss,postoperative catheter drainage time,postoperative hospital stay,the incidence of postoperative complications,between the two groups.Results The number of lymph node dissection group,operative time was no difference had no statisticaht difference between the two groups(P0.05),while the blood loss,postoperative catheter drainage time,postoperative hospital stay,incidence rate of postoperative complications in VATS group were significantly less than those of the control group,and there were statisticant differences between the two group(P0.05).Conclusion Thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of early stage lung cancer has advantages such as minimally invasive,scar small and quick recovery,and it is worth in clinical application.
