摘 要:目的:研究长期从事高压变电工作人群的电磁场对骨代谢的影响。方法:选取长期于低频电磁场下作业的男性员工140名设为研究组,同系统非低频电磁场下作业的男性员工140名设为对照组。对两组进行了血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶和指骨骨密度的检查,同时抽血进行了N-端骨钙素(N-MID)、总I型胶原氨基端前肽(tPINP)和β-胶原降解产物(β-CTX)的测定。结果:研究组指骨骨密度T值、血磷、N-MID均高于对照组,血钙、β-CTX低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);碱性磷酸酶和tPINP水平高于对照组,但差异不明显。指骨骨密度与N-MID和tPINP呈正相关,与β-CTX呈负相关。结论:低频电磁场对骨质疏松有正面影响,血清N-MID、tPINP和β-CTX检测可较好反映骨代谢情况。Objective: To investigate the influence of low frequency electromagnetic field on male bone miner- al density. Method: One hundred and forty male employees who have been working in low frequency electromag- netic field for long term were enolled as study group. The other 140 male employees in the same unit without high voltage explosion were set up as control group. The serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, phalanx bone density examination, and N-end Osteoealcin (N-MID) , general type I collagen amino-terminal propeptide (tPINP) and β-collagen degradation products (β-CTX) determination in blood were tested. Result: In the study group, phalanx bone mineral density, serum phosphorus and N-MID level were higher than those in the control group, respectivel. Serum calcium, β-CTX were lower than the control group, respectively (P 〈0.05). Alkaline phosphatase and tPINP level were higher than those in the control group, yet without obvious difference. Phalanx bone mineral density is positively correlated with N-MID and tPINP, negatively correlated with beta CTX. Conclu- sion: Low frequency electromagnetic field on osteoporosis had significant effects on osteoporosis, Serum N-MID, tPINP, β-CTX can reflect the situation of bone metabolism.
