摘　　要：结合课程项目化改造实际和体会，从教师观念的转变入手，介绍了项目课程开发的指导思想和改造基本流程，阐明了课程项目化为高职院校职业技能与职业意识的综合培养找到了一条切实可行的途径．Combining the experience and gains about the project -oriented courses reform and the changes of teachers＇ ideas, this article introduces the guiding ideology and basic procedure of the reform, states that the project -oriented courses helps the vocational colleges to find a practical way to train the vocational students＇ vocational skills and consciousness.
