摘  要:目的比较ATP荧光检测和实验室细菌计数法检测结果,观察ATP生物荧光法荧光检测用于评价医疗机构医务人员手和物体表面微生物污染状况的可行性。方法采用ATP生物荧光法和实验室细菌计数法分别检测医务人员手和物体表面。结果 ATP荧光检测总合格率为61.30%,实验室细菌计数法总合格率为83.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中医务人员手ATP荧光检测合格率为54.68%,实验室细菌计数法合格率为79.86%;物体表面ATP荧光检测合格率为71.43%,实验室细菌计数法合格率89.56%。结论可利用ATP荧光检测法对医疗机构表面微生物污染情况进行初步检测和评估。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of detecting microbial contamination for personnel and object surface by ob- serving ATP bioluminescence assay with fluorescence detection application at medical institutions, and comparison of ATP flu- orescence detection and laboratory bacteria counting method. Methods ATP bioluminescence assay and laboratory bacterial counts were used respectively for detecting medical personnel hand and object surface. Results ATP fluorescence detection of total pass rate was 61.30~, while laboratory bacterial count of total pass rate was 83.70~; it was shown statistical signifi- cance (P〈~0.01) ,of which ATP fluorescence was detected with 54.68~ pass rate for medical personnel hand,while the labora- tory bacterial count of pass rate was 79.86 ~ ; ATP fluorescence detection of pass rate was 71.43 ~/00 for object surface while the laboratory bacteria counting of pass rate was 89.56 ~. Conclusion It is feasible for preliminary testing and evaluation on micro- bial contamination by using ATP fluorescence at method medical institutions.
