摘　　要：目的探讨Fas相关磷酸酯酶-1(Fas-associated phosphatase1,FAP-1)在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中的表达水平及其与临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP技术,检测66例肝细胞肝癌组织中FAP-1的表达水平,分析其与肝细胞肝癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 66例肝细胞肝癌组织中FAP-1的表达水平与HCC的TNM分期、肿瘤数目及肿瘤复发具有相关性(P<0.05)。生存分析显示,FAP-1低表达组患者生存期明显优于FAP-1高表达组。多因素回归性分析显示FAP-1表达水平、脉管侵犯、肿瘤大小和TNM分期是影响肝细胞肝癌患者预后的独立危险因素。结论 FAP-1在肝细胞肝癌细胞中表达影响肝癌细胞的病理变化进而影响肝癌患者预后。Objective To investigate the expression of FAP-1 in hepatoeellular carcinoma （HCC） and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistoehemistry was used to detect the expression of FAP-1 in primary tumor tissue of 66 patients with HCC and the expression levels were analyzed in combination with the clinicopathologic variables of HCC. Results Up-regulation of FAP-1 protein expression was correlated strongly with TNM stage, tumor number and tumor recurrence.FAP-1 negative expression patients showed a significantly better prognosis than the FAP- 1-positive patients. Multivariate analysis showed that FAP-1 expression, vascular invasion, tumor size, and TNM stage were significant independent variables for survival. Conclusion The expression of FAP-1 in HCC would affect pathologic feature of liver cancer cells and further affect the prognosis of patients with liver cancer.
