我国职业化体育“诺斯悖论”困境的分析及对策研究

摘　　要：产权不清、管办不分一直是影响我国职业化体育发展的主要问题,而这种亟需解决的实质性问题却长期得不到有效解决。其原因主要在于我国职业化体育发展中,我国政府深陷既要明晰产权制度,促进职业化发展,又要控制职业化发展的权力,实现统治者自身利益,存在阻碍职业化体育发展的"诺斯悖论"困境。通过对我国职业化体育"诺斯悖论"困境及形成原因进行剖析,旨在破解"诺斯悖论"困境,促进我国职业化体育的健康、持续发展。Unclear property rights and indistinction of operation body and management body have long been the main problems influencing the development of China＇ s professionalized sports. The main reason lies in the government＇ s adoption of both the duty of clarifying property rights of sports professionalization and the duty of controUing its development, failing into the North Paradox dilemma. An analysis of the paradox is provided, with an aim to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of China＇s professionalized sports.
