东风痤康凝胶剂中挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺研究

摘　　要：目的研究β-环糊精包合东风痤康凝胶中挥发油的最佳工艺条件。方法以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率作为评价包合工艺的指标,采用正交试验优选最佳包合工艺条件,用显微镜观察法、薄层色谱法进行鉴别,并考察包合物的稳定性。结果挥发油与β-环糊精之比为1∶8,包合温度50℃,包合时间1 h为最佳包合工艺,β-环糊精用量是影响挥发油包合效果的主要因素。结论该工艺方法简单,效率较高,适合东风痤康凝胶中挥发油的包合。Objective To study the optimal process condition of volatile oil inclusion in dongfeng cuokang gel with β - cyelodextrin used. Methods The inclusion compound yield and volatile oil inclusion rate were taken as the indexes to evaluate the inclusion process. The orthogonal experiment was adopted to op- timize the best inclusion process condition. The microscope observation method and thin layer chromatography were used for the identification and examination of the stability of inclusion compound. Results The best in- clusion process ： the ratio of volatile oil and β- cyclodextrin 1 ： 8, inclusion temperature 50 ℃, inclusion time 1 h. The dose of β - cyelodextrin was the key factor of volatile oil inclusion. Conclusion This process is simple, highly efficient and suitable for volatile oil inclusion in dongfeng cuokang gel.
