摘　　要：范忠泽教授认为小儿神经母细胞瘤是先天或后天因素致气滞血瘀痰凝互结于局部所致,病位主要在肺、脾、肾三脏,本虚标实是其主要病机,调理肺脾肾以辅助正气是治疗该病的关键,解毒抗瘤是治疗的核心,扶正抗瘤是治疗的基本理念。临床以虚症为主,其中气血亏虚、脾肾阳虚症型多见,这与患者的体质相关;治疗辨病辨证相结合,注重调理肺脾肾,扶正与抗瘤并举,兼顾阴阳,用药轻巧、谨慎、灵活,多用益气、温阳之品,常获良效。Prof. Fan Zhongze thought that childhood neuroblastoma is caused by the interaction of qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm due to prenatal or postnatal factors. The disease is localized in the lung, spleen and kidney and it is deficiency in the root and excess in the symptoms. The treatment of the dis- ease focuses on regulating the functions of lung, spleen and kidney, assisting with strengthening the antipatho- genic qi. The detoxification and anti - tumor is the core of treatment, and the strengthening the antipathogenic qi and anti - tumor is the basic idea of treatment. The deficiency pattern/syndrome of the disease is common- ly differentiated;in which, qi and blood deficiency, and yang deficiency of spleen and kidney are the most common types, relevant with the constitutions of patients. In the treatment, the differentiation of disease and the differentiation of syndrome are coordinated with each other;the regulation of lung, spleen and kidney func- tions is taken consideration. Strengthening the antipathogenic qi and anti - tumor are equally important in re- balance yin and yang. The medication therapy is applied flexibly and cautiously. The herbs for benefiting qi and warming yang are selected. The satisfactory efficacy has been obtained.
