以党务公开推进高校惩防体系建设实践路径探索——以唐山学院为例

摘　　要：构建高校惩防腐败体系是高等学校深入开展党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的根本举措和必然趋势。高校党务公开是发展和完善党内民主,加强党内监督,密切党群关系,构建和谐校园,促进学校事业科学健康发展的有效途径。以河北省党务公开试点单位唐山学院为例,探索以党务公开推进高校惩防体系建设的实践路径,为高校党建工作提供借鉴。Constructing the system of punishing and preventing corruption in colleges and universities is the fundamental measures and inevitable trend of carrying out clean government and anti-corruption work.Open management of party affairs in colleges and universities is an effective way of developing inner-party democracy,inner-party supervision,closing party and group relationship,building harmonious campus,and promoting the healthy development of school.Taking Tangshan College as example which is the pilot unit of open management of party affairs in Hebei province,this paper explores the practice path of promoting the system of punishing and preventing corruption in universities and colleges using the way of open management of party affairs so as to provide the reference for the party construction in colleges and universities.
