摘  要:研究了加热温度(1000~1250℃)和保温时间(0.5~3.0 h)对一种高Si含Nb中碳钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸变化的影响。结果表明,随保温时间延长,加热温度低于1150℃,奥氏体晶粒尺寸增长缓慢;在1150℃以上温度加热,奥氏体晶粒长大趋势显著增加。通过对试验数据进行非线性回归建立了试验钢奥氏体晶粒长大规律的数学模型,模型的计算结果与实测值吻合很好。The austenite grain growth tendency of high silicon and Nb microalloyed medium carbon steel was studied after austenitized from 1000℃ to 1250 ℃with holding time from 0.5 h to 3.0 h. The results show that the austenite grain grows slowly with increasing of holding time when the heating temperature below 1150 ℃, but the grain growth tendency increases significantly when the heating temperature is higher than 1150 ℃. The grain growth model of the tested steel during heating is established on the basis of non-linear regression. The model calculated values meet the experimental results very well.
