摘　　要：C&P-CDIO模式是CDIO工程教育理念与电子信息工程专业培养实际结合而产生的人才培养模式,其指导思想是学生工程实践能力的培养要灵活响应社会需求,实现和行业的紧密结合;核心是在培养过程中借助"认证"要求,把行业的主要需求系统纳入到培养计划中;通过"实训",让学生在校期间就接触企业文化,进行实际工程项目开发训练。这一模式已经实施,并取得了良好的成效。C＆P-CDIO Mode is a personnel training mode which combines CDIO ideas and the Electronic and Information Engineering personnel training reality. Its guideline is that cultivation of the studentsr engineering practicing ability should cater to social needs and be in line with the industrial development. Its essence is to bring the industrial main demands into line with the training plan with the aid of certification needs, to expose the students to enterprise culture and real engineering project development in college by practicing. The practice on campus has yielded great achievements.
