深化合作教育基地建设 优化高职院校人才培养

摘　　要：高职教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点是要积极推行工学结合的学习模式,而合作教育及合作教育基地是其中的关键。本文在分析合作教育基地的重要性及作用的基础上,从提升理念、完善机制等角度阐述了深化合作教育基地建设与优化高职院校人才培养的基本思路和观点。One important pointcut to higher vocational education personnel training pattern reform is to actively promote work-integrated learning mode, and the cooperative education of higher vocational colleges and enterprises is the joint implementation of the new mode of education, but also a new mode of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. This is a problem which deserves the close concern from the educational circle. Therefore, it is important to first clarify the cooperative education and co-operation education base, recognize the important status and roles of the cooperation education base and the existing problems. Based on the this analysis, this paper illustrates the idea of deepening co- operation education base construction and optimizing talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of promoting ideas and perfecting the mechanism.
