摘 要:目的:研究道地知母药材中的挥发性成分。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,对道地知母药材中挥发性成分进行分析和鉴定。结果:从道地知母挥发性成分中分离出60个色谱峰,鉴定出其中58个化合物,占挥发油总量的90.218%。结论:道地知母药材中挥发性成分主要为脂肪酸类成分占总量的62.777%,其中亚油酸占总含量的36.425%,棕榈酸占总含量的20.192%。实验鉴定了道地知母药材中的挥发性成分,对道地知母药材的化学成分研究具有积极意义。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the rhizome of Anemarrhena asphnde- loides in Hebei. Method:The chemical constituents of volatile oil from the rhizome of Anemarrhena asphndeloides in Hebei were separated and analyzed by GC -MS. R'esult:60 peaks were separated and 58 components were identified, which ac- counted for over 90.218% of total volatile oil. Conclusion :The main constituents of volatile oil was fatty acid(62.777% ) in- eluding Linoleic acid( 36.425% )and Palmitate acid(20. 192% ), etc. This experiment collected and identified the chemical constituents of volatile oil from the rhizome of Anemarrhena asphndeloides in Hebei which has important significance to the research of chemical constituents of volatile oil from the rhizome of Anemarrhena asphndeloides in Hehei.
