摘　　要：对中西汇通派早期医家罗定昌代表著作《脏腑图说症治要言合璧》现存版本情况进行实地调研,并讨论该书作者生平、内容提要、版本源流和版本系统等内容,指出该书在藏象学说、中西汇通思想、临证运用等方面的学术价值,以及进一步整理研究、出版通行本的必要性。This article introduces the results of version research about a book, Treatise on Viscera ＆ A Brief Account of Diagnosis and Treatment, through field investigation. The author of this book is an early representative of combination of Chinese and Western Medicine. In the paper, author of the book, synopsis, the version history and version system and so on were discussed. The article also pointed out its academic value on vscera - state doctrine, academic thought of combi- nation of Chinese and Western Medicine, clinical experience, etc. So, in conclusion, it is necessary to further organize research and republish the book.
