摘　　要：辨证论治是中医学的特色之一,是中医医学的特点与精华,是中医基础理论的具体运用。从定义、体系、方法 3个方面,就近20年来辨证论治的研究进行了概述,回顾研究现状及各种见解,以期对辨证论治研究有一个较全面的认识,为以后的研究提供有价值的思路。Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is one of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, the essence of TCM, and the embodiment of theory of TCM. In this study, the author summarizes the major is- sues of researches on treatment based on syndrome differentiation in recent 20 years, mainly on its conceptions, system, and methods. It is a retrospective study focusing on the current research state and various opinions. The author gives a generalized summary on researches of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and this can provide a valuable para- digm for the following research.
