围绝经期抑郁症发病与体质相关性的针刺实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察电针对围绝经期抑郁症大鼠雌二醇及去甲肾上腺素水平影响,探讨针刺治疗围绝经期抑郁症的发病机理与体质的相关性。方法:采用慢性不可预见应激法,制造围绝经期抑郁症肝郁大鼠模型,西药组、中药组反证治疗,电针组选用百会、三阴交、足三里、肝俞穴进行治疗,检测血清去甲肾上腺素(NE),雌二醇(E2)的水平。结果:电针组,西药组,中药组NE、E2的水平都有所改善,与模型组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针可通过调整模型大鼠血清NE、E2水平,从而协调神经内分泌网络;围绝经期抑郁症的发病与体质有关。Objective ： Effects of electroacupuncture on E2 and NE levels of perimenopausal depression rats were observed for studying acupuncture treatment of perimenopausal depression pathogenesis and the physical correlation. Method： The chronic unpredictable stress method was used for manufacturing perimenopansal depression liver rat model. Western group and Chinese medicine treatment group were made for the contrary The evaluation model group selected Baihui, Sanyinjiao, Zusanli and Ganshu for treatment. E2 and NE levels in serum were tested. Results：After treatment,E2 and NE levels in the electro acupuncture group, Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group were all significantly improved, compared with the model groups, the difference was very significant （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： EA can coordinate the neuroendocrine network by adjusting the level of NE in serum. Perimenopansal depression incidence has relevant to physique.
