摘　　要：目的:检测Her-2蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达,探讨其相关的临床意义。方法:收集手术治疗的宫颈癌患者手术切除标本60例,手术切除标本经病理诊断证实为宫颈癌,病例按照TNM分期分为Ⅰ(18例)、Ⅱ(29例)、Ⅲ(13例)三期,另取因子宫肌瘤而行子宫切除的正常宫颈上皮组织20例作为对照组;免疫组化检测宫颈组织中Her-2蛋白的表达。结果:Her-2蛋白在宫颈癌组织及正常组织中均有表达,其在宫颈癌组织中的阳性率为68.3%,显著高于正常对照宫颈组织的20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Her-2蛋白在宫颈癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ临床分期中阳性率分别为44.4%、75.7%、84.6%,不同临床分期之间的阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着临床分期的增加Her-2蛋白的表达率也相应的升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Her-2蛋白在宫颈癌的发生发展中起到一定的作用,可以用于肿瘤的分级以及预后判断等方面,同时其也有可能成为宫颈癌的一个潜在治疗靶点,具有显著的临床意义。Objective= To detect the expression the related clinical significance. Methods= A total of 60 of Her-2 protein in cervical carcinoma, and explore cases with cervical cancer resection from 2008 Janu- ary to 2010 January were collected, and were divided into three stages according to TNM stages： 18 cases at stage, II 29 cases, ]]] 13 cases. Normal cervical epithelial tissues in 20 cases were selected as control group. Expression of Her-2 protein was detected in cervical tissue by immunohistochemistry. Results. Her-2 protein was expressed in cervical carcinoma tissues and normal tissues, the positive rate in cervical cancer tissues was 68.3%, significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissue of 20% （ P〈0.01 ）.Positive rates of Her-2 protein at Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ clinical staging were 44.4%, 75.7%, 84.6%, there was sxg- nificant difference in positive rate between different clinical stages （P〈0.05）, with the increase of clinical stage of Her-2 protein expression, the rate of the corresponding was increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Her-2 protein plays a certain role in the development of cervical cancer, and can be used for tumor grading and prognosis. It may also be a potential therapeutic target in cervical cancer, with significant clinical val- ue.
