摘 要:依托某通过水平旋喷超前加固后实现了大断面开挖的软弱围岩铁路隧道,通过在掌子面和掌子面后方拱顶布设监测点,进行相关项目的量测。按照施工组织情况,建立计算模型,设计相应的计算工况。基于实测结果和数值模拟结果,研究掌子面挤出变形、拱顶沉降变形与仰拱跟进距离之间的关系,分析掌子面挤出变形与拱顶沉降变形之间的相关性,为其后续施工和工法改进提供了数据支持和参考。Taking a railway tunnel with large-section excavation made by advanced reinforcement of horizontal rotational jet grouting pile in soft rock mass as an example,the relative monitoring items were carried out by installing the monitoring points both on tunnel face and back crown.The model and cases for calculating were designed according to construction organization.The relationships of extrusion deformation on tunnel face and crown settlements versus follow-up distance of inverted arch were studied,and the dependency between extrusion deformation and crown settlement was analyzed.The results offer references to subsequent construction and method improvement.
