摘　　要：对早期炎性肠梗阻(EPIIO)的概念、发病机理进行阐述,并对目前治疗该病的方法进行总结,认为临床对该病较为关注,不断完善其治疗方案,但单纯现代医学治疗存在一定的局限性,而中医药的保守治疗有独特的优势,包括中药治疗、针灸治疗、推拿治疗等,无论是实验研究还是临床试验都有很好的疗效。We thought that early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction （EPIIO） has been paid more attentions in clinics and the therapies for the disease has been improved gradually by expounding the concept and pathogenesis of EPIIO and summarizing the therapies. But modem medicine showed its own limitation, TCM conservative therapy had particular advantages including herbs, acupuncture and massage, both experimental and clinical researches demonstrated better effects of TCM therapy.
