财政分配结构改革视角下的大学生就业水平探究

摘　　要：大学生就业问题是个紧迫又复杂的问题,受到各种因素的影响。财政分配手段是政府调节社会经济发展的重要手段,它对社会的供给与需求都产生着重要影响,会影响到劳动力市场。因此,从财政分配结构改革的角度研究大学生就业问题,对于促进大学生就业水平的提高具有重要意义。文章研究了我国社会经济结构对劳动力的吸拉状况,通过分析国外一些国家利用财政手段促进就业水平提高的措施,针对我国社会现状提出我国财政分配结构的改革建议。The problem of employment for undergraduate students is urgent and complicated, which will effected by various factors. However, the financial distribution, is important way for the government to regulate the social economic develop, which influence the supply and demand of the society, so it will affect the labor market. Therefore, researching the employme nt for undergraduate students from the reform on finan- cial distribution structure, which is very significant to improve the employment level for undergraduate students. The paper researches on the situation that the economic structure absorb the labors in china, analyzes the measures that some foreign countries uses financial ways to improve the employment level, and then aims at China social situation to propose some advices to reform China financial distribution structure.
