摘　　要："国家理科基础科学研究和教学人才培养基地"战略是培养基础科学人才的重要举措。本文回顾了四川大学开展理科基础科学人才培养的思路、定位以及建设理科基地的做法和经验,重点论述了培养基础科学人才在课程设置、学生创新能力、师资建设、教材和课程建设、实验教学等方面的创新措施,同时提出了学校下一步改进和加强基础科学人才培养的建议和意见。＂National Science Basic Scientific Research and Training Base for the Teaching Talents＂ strategy is an important measure to train basic and scientific talents. Sichuan University implements the culti- vation of science basic scientific talents. The paper interviews its ideas, positioning, and experience of con- structing science base, focuses on discussing the innovative measures for training basic scientific talents from curriculum setting, students＂ innovative ability, construction of teachers, teaching materials and curriculum construction, and experimental teaching, etc. Meanwhile, it proposes the suggestions for university to further improve, and to strengthen the cultivation of basic scientific talents.
