摘　　要：设计了一种新型的SF6泄漏检测仪。该检测仪以ARM和FPGA作为系统的主要硬件平台,结合激光红外的信息采集方法,移植了Linux操作系统作为控制与处理核心,实现SF6气体的在线监测。该检测仪系统,可对检测所得到的视频图像实时播放、回放、存储,同时该系统可应用于高压设备SF6泄漏监测。实践证明该系统运行可靠,工作稳定,有效提高了测量精度。This paper uses ARM and FPGA as the main hardware platform to design a new type of SF61eak detector and combinies laser infrared information collection and transplantation of the Linux operating system as the core of the control and treatment to carry out online monitoring for SF6.The detector system can not only be used to display dual image of IR and visible light in the detection zone and to detect the video images in real time playback, playback and storage, but also it the system can be used in monitoring the leakage of the high voltage equipment SF6.
