摘　　要：主要运用文献法与分析法,对高校校园体育文化的特征、功能及地位进行阐述;就推动高校校园体育文化建设提出:重视高校校园体育文化建设、平衡高校校园体育文化的物质与制度建设、发展特色体育项目,提升高校校园体育文化层次与品味、树立校园体育工作先进人物与组织等四点措施,以期能更好的推动高校校园体育文化工作开展。By using the method of literature and analysis, this paper elaborated the campus sports culture, fea- tures, functions, and status, put forwards the suggestions for promotion of college campus sports culture ： emphasis on the college campus sports culture construction, the substance of the balance of the campus sports culture four measures of institution building, the development of specialized sports to enhance the level and taste of campus physical culture and advanced individuals and organizations establish a campus sports work, in order to better pro- mote the campus physical culture work.
